"Asked our agents office for a copy of our home owners policy. Took 7 requests and just over a year to get it. Would guess there is a law that says they need to provide you that in a timely fashion. They clearly don’t care. Still have an unsettled claim that is “waiting approval”. Date of loss was a year and a half ago. Not sure what we would have done if the damage to our house had made it unlivable and we were still waiting for a settlement. If you want your insurance company to help you when you have a claim, don’t insure here."
